Sledge Hammer
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Chocolate sauce
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) Half & Half
1 or 2 doppio ristretto shots (mild or wild)
Instructions:
Add ice and half and half to a 12 oz. glass. Add Chocolate to espresso and stir. Pour mixture over ice, place lid on glass and shake.
Serving/Yield: 1-12oz. |
